I involve them when making decisions, especially about matters that directly affect them. I listen to their views and respect what they have to say.
I promote diversity and tolerance, and people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds are welcome. I support and respect parents and guardians as well as any engaged allied professionals and strongly encourage their involvement in the tutoring process.
I have zero tolerance towards child abuse, and all allegations and safety concerns will be treated very seriously. I have a legal and moral obligation to contact authorities when worried about a child’s safety.
